Outcome Group Fitness classes are based on a general preparedness and functional movement methodology. We teach and use the movements that will help you through your everyday life.
Come to as many Group Fitness classes as you want. We have at least 5 every day. You also get access to locker rooms with showers, lounge area and discounts at the Outcome Pro Shop!

Private and semi-private sessions that incorporate exercise, goal-setting and some health education. Following a fitness consultation, our trainers will design a challenging exercise routine specifically designed for your needs.
30 Minute personal training sessions will do the job with time to spare.
Each session is different from the last. Your trainer learns what engages you along with what body areas you want to develop.
